Commercial waste - industrial waste

Industrial waste is generally described as waste produced by factories (see Environmental Protection Act 1990 Sections 74-75).

The council does not remove industrial waste.

However, all requests to remove waste will be considered but the Council reserves the right to refuse to collect any waste produced which is not of the type for which it is licensed to remove.
