Land north of Portway, adjacent to Old Sarum Aerodrome

The development brief for the land adjacent to Old Sarum Aerodrome (adopted February 2005) is now available. Its purpose is to provide clear development control guidance for any future planning application for the site.

In January and February 2004, the draft development brief for the site was published and made available for consultation with local people and organisations. The comments were carefully considered by planning officers; details of the comments received are available on request.

The site is allocated for mixed use development in the Salisbury District Local Plan.
