Land between Netheravon Road and High Street, Durrington

The development brief was approved by the Cabinet in July 2006 following endorsement by the Northern Area planning committee. The brief acts to guide development and ensures that best use is made of the site while ensuring high standards of design sensitivity to the local area. The brief has the status of Supplementary Planning Guidance, and is therefore a material consideration in any planning applications on the site.
