Development brief

The revised development brief for the land at Boscombe Road is now available. Its purpose is to provide clear development control guidance for any future planning application for the site.

The draft development brief for the site was published for consultation with local people and organisations before being adopted by the council.

This site is allocated for residential development under policy H9 in the in the Salisbury District Local Plan.

The site aims to raise the standard of new development both through the quality of the built environment and through the benefits it will deliver to the community. These benefits include affordable housing, school, community centre and local retail facilities.
