will be taken into account when a decision is made. Please note that you must supply your

be treated as a public document and will be open to public viewing on the application file and, in due
course, on this website.
Any comments you make
must
comply with the following guidelines:

acting in a discriminatory way. Discrimination could be on the grounds of age, gender, disability, race, religion / belief and sexual
orientation.

in this way.
- You must not publish material that is libellous, defamatory or
insulting towards an individual, company or other organisation.

publish information that appears to incite a crime against an individual, company or organisation, or
could be used to aid a crime.
- You must not impersonate another person, or seek
to imply that your comments are supported by anyone other than yourself and other named individuals,
companies or organisations that you have authority to represent.
