Delegated planning applications

This page contains an archive of weekly lists of planning applications determined by the Head of Development Services. Councillors have delegated decisions on these applications to the Head of Development Services, rather than determining them in member committee meetings.

These decisions are split into those for rural parishes and city wards.

To search for a specific planning application, or for applications between particular dates or in particular locations, use the planning application advanced search. Also see the weekly lists of all planning applications received.

Rural parishs and city wards

The new style lists contain both parishes and wards, and are available as both web pages and as PDF documents. They show delegated decisions made during the week ending on the stated date.
