Building control
The council's building control officers ensure that buildings are constructed and altered so that they comply with building regulations, that dangerous structures are made safe and that demolitions are done in as safe as manner as possible.
You can book a site inspection with a building control surveyor or apply for regularisation of a development that was done without Building Control involvement.
