Bulky household waste

About this service

A special service for the collection of bulky household waste.

  • Up to six items can be collected
  • Items must be placed in an easily accessible position (e.g. front garden or drive) by 7am on the day of collection
  • Collection will be made on a specified day

Before booking a collection you may wish to look at the list of items which the council can or can not take and some of the more frequently asked questions about the service.

You will need

  • Your name, address and telephone number
  • A list of the items you want to be collected (max 6 items)
  • Where you will leave the items for collection (e.g. front garden, side path, etc)
  • Your credit/debit card details

Payment

The charges for this service are £10 for 1 item and £20 for 2-6 items.

Charges should be paid over the phone with a debit/credit card.

If you wish to pay by cheque collection cannot be made until at least 10 working days after your payment has been received.

Payments by post or in person can be made only by cheque, not cash or credit/debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Salisbury District Council.

A discount of 65% is offered to Wisecard holders.
