Five Rivers conference suite

The Five Rivers conference suite, which is located in the north west section of Five Rivers Leisure Centre, is ideal for business meetings, small conferences, training seminars, presentations, product launches and intimate banquets.

The conference suite will comfortably seat 16-20 people conference style, but is large enough for 60-70 if seated only.

Facilities include:

  • Climate control, heating and cooling air conditioning
  • A ceiling mounted, computer compatible, projector with sound system
  • Overhead projector available on request
  • DVD-compatible laptop that can be played through the projector on to a mounted electric screen
  • TV and video that can be played through the projector
  • Two sets of wall mounted flip charts with A1 pads, magnetic whiteboards with dry-wipe markers and poster boards for your use throughout
  • One A4 paper pad and pen for each person up to the maximum of 20 per hiring
  • Tea and coffee throughout each day of the hiring
  • Outdoor table and chairs available on request
  • Catering available on request, ranging from light snacks to three course meals
  • Free parking
