CareConnect is a caring community alarm service which monitors and responds to emergency alarm calls 24 hours, 7 days a week, providing round-the-clock security.

Once installed, the alarm service provides you with the confidence needed to lead and maintain an independent lifestyle, and also offers peace of mind for your friends and loved ones.

One press of the button on your CareConnect alarm or pendant will put you through to one of our friendly operators - who can talk to you without you having to pick up the phone.

You will need

  • An active telephone line
  • 13 amp electric socket within 3 metres, on the same wall

Payment

  • To lease (including monitoring) -£48.42 per quarter (with VAT)
