Benefit - request a visit from a benefit officer

About this service

The service offers a Housing Benefit Officer to come out to your home to help you fill out our forms if you have no one to help you, or if you are unable to come into our customer contact centres. The officer will contact you to set a time to visit.

When the officer comes to your home you will need all the supporting information for your claim, if you are not sure what information is required please ask when you phone requesting the officer.
