About this service

If you believe your housing and/or council tax benefit decision is wrong, you can request a revised decision. If we cannot change our decision or you still do not agree with our explanation the appeal can go to an independent tribunal.

If we reassess your claim and you still do not agree you can still appeal. You can still appeal against the independent tribunal's decision. However, there are fixed time limits for requesting a revised decision.
