About this service

The council is responsible for rivers and streams that adjoin public open space and carries out the clearance of rubbish, trolleys and litter from these waterways.

Report litter in rivers to us using the contact details below.

Pollution with substances such as oil or sewerage, or emergency situations, should be reported to the Environment Agency.
