Website exit survey

We use a website exit survey provided by an external company, www.govmetric.com, to give us feedback on the design, navigation and content of our site. One in five of our visitors is randomly selected to take part in this survey. nielsen//netratings provide a similar service to over 70 other councils, allowing us to compare the quality of our site with those other sites.

The survey provides us with statistical information; however, we cannot use the survey results to identify a specific user of our site.

You do not have to take part in the survey. If you are selected but decide not to participate in the survey, you will not be asked to take part again. Similarly, once you have taken part in the survey once, you will not be asked again.
