All requests to change address data will be verified by our staff before becoming permanent. This process can take up to two weeks. If the change is approved, please allow several weeks for us to contact Royal Mail and other partner organisations in order to complete the change. If the change is rejected, we will contact you using your contact details provided below to explain the reasons.
