Charity market stall

About this service

There are three areas provided for charities to use on market days for the sale of bric-a-brac, jumble, home made goods etc to raise funds for that charity.

Guildhall Square Market Stall
Available on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Located next to Guildhall steps. Stall and umbrella provided and erected for your use between 08:15 and 16:00.
Maltings Charity Stall
Available on Tuesdays and Saturdays 08:15 - 16:00. Located by Library Walk in the Maltings. Charities provide own stall and erect under canopy provided.
Wilton Market Stall
Available on Thursdays 08:15 - 13:00. Charities provide and erect own stall.

Stalls are available to be booked from the beginning of one year for the next year.

You will need

  • Name of charity
  • Organiser's name, address and telephone number
  • Indemnity Insurance to cover claims against loss of life, personal injury and damage to property, while using Council property.

  • Guildhall Square Market Stall — £20.30 daily charge
  • Maltings Charity Stall — £20.30 daily charge
  • Wilton Market Charity Stall — £12 daily charge
