Salisbury markets

Salisbury is a thriving market city, with over 100 markets every year.

Three types of markets take place in Salisbury's Market Square, offering a variety of produce and goods:

Charter market: A colourful, bustling Charter market with a variety of produce and goods. Every Tuesday and Saturday (except the third Tuesday in October).
Farmers' market: All produce at the Farmers' market is locally produced. Every first and third Wednesday of the month.
French market: A diverse range of French goods and foods, including, cheeses, charcuterie, patisserie and bread. Three times a year.
Charity market stalls: Three areas are provided for charities to use on market days for the sale of bric-a-brac, jumble, home made goods etc to raise funds for that charity.
