Public entertainment licence and section 77 nightclub licence
With certain exceptions, an entertainment which includes public dancing or music or any other entertainment of a like kind shall not be provided in any place except under a licence granted by Salisbury District Council.
Note: Public entertainment licences ceased in November 2005. Licensing of public entertainment now falls under the 2003 Licensing Act.
