Making amendments to a Personal Licence
To apply for a personal licence you must be aged 18 or over and apply to the local authority where you live. If you live in the Salisbury District Council area, you will need to apply to:

You must submit all of the following:
Payment must be submitted with the application, our preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card, the fee is £37.00. See the full list of fees.
Alternatively
we will accept payment by cheque if made payable to Salisbury District Council.You should also write
the words 'Licensing Application' on the back of the cheque. Please note that your application may be
delayed while we wait for a cheque to clear. Download the

To make amendments to a personal licence, write to the authority that issued your licence detailing the amendments that are required. You must also enclose your existing licence and a fee of £10.50.
