Extract from the Requirement to keep a register

  • Each licensing authority must keep a register containing:
    1. A record of each premises licence, club premises certificate and personal licence issued.
    2. A record of each temporary event notice received.
  • Each licensing authority must provide facilities for making the information contained in the entries in its register available for inspection (in a legible form) by any person during office hours and without payment.
  • If requested to do so by any person, a licensing authority must supply a copy of the information contained in any entry in its register.
  • A licensing authority may charge such reasonable fee as it may determine in respect of any copy supplied.

The Register Index

View the PDF version of the PDF version of the Adobe PDFLicensing Register Index 3.7mb. This lists details of licences and applications including licensable activities and opening times. March 2007 - please note that due to technical difficulties the online register has not been updated with the very latest information. Please contact us on the number below for up to date information.

You can view a full entry from the licensing register free of charge at the council's offices at Pennyfarthing House. If you require a copy of an entry in the register there will be a charge of £10.50. This can be provided by contacting the Licensing team on 01722 434319/320.
