Late night refreshment licence
A late night refreshment house is a house, room, shop or building kept open for public refreshment, resort and entertainment at any time between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours the following morning.
Note: Late night refreshment licences ceased in November 2005. These licences now fall under the 2003 Licensing Act.
