About this service

Under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases & Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR), employers are required to report certain work-related incidents affecting employees or members of the public

You should report accidents directly to the Incident Contact Centre at Caerphilly. You can do this by telephone, post or fax or through their website at www.hse.gov.uk.
