About this service
Under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases & Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR), employers are required to report certain work-related incidents affecting employees or members of the public
Further information is available at www.riddor.gov.uk.
You should report accidents directly to the Incident Contact Centre at Caerphilly. You can do this by telephone, post or fax or through their website at www.hse.gov.uk.
You will need
HSE form F2508 showing
full details of injured
person and accident.
