Dirty restaurants

About this service

There are approximately 1400 registered food businesses within Salisbury District including retail shops, takeaways, restaurants and small manufacturing premises. All these businesses are inspected on a regular basis, normally without prior warning, to ensure that they are complying with food hygiene regulations. The frequency of the inspection depends on risk to food safety found during pervious inspections. Environmental Services staff will investigate complaints about unsatisfactory conditions at food premises.
